Pneumatic Vibration Isolation System 1VIS95 is of a single piece design. It has automatic leveling valves and an autonomous air supply Reservoir. All the equipment (leveling valves, hoses) is concealed within the body of the support leg. The design looks clean.  Vertical and horizontal isolation is done by pneumatic springs. They have low resonant frequencies thanks to very low spring constants. Resonant frequency of air-springs is almost independent of load mass. Air to the isolators is supplied from a reservoir. Depending on the mass of the table top, the pressure in pneumatic isolators may vary between 0.5 and 1.9kg/cm².  The Reservoir may simply be filled with a car pump. The Reservoir should be pumped with air not constantly, but only if required. The air pressure in the Reservoir must be about 2 kg/cm². 3 support legs have an automatic leveling valve each. The fourth leg has no automatic leveling, it is connected to the leveling mechanism of another leg. The working surface may be adjusted to level within a range of 12 mm with precision of ±1mm. This is done by adjustment knobs located on 3 support legs. Choose the height of 1VIS95 support legs depending on the height of the honeycomb table top. The recommended elevation of the surface of the table top is about 900 mm. Modifications and Ordering 1VIS95. Ordering for double load system 1VIS295 follows the same rules.
