Turn stepper motor I-65535 steps to indicated direction with acceleration and slow-down with single command

Set power coefficient 0-7 when motor is standing idle
- Set acceleration constants and step time

- Cancel command in-progress and receive number of unprocessed steps
- Get information is motor turning or no.
