    Bio-compatible connection
      FLASH 2000 is a compact laser welding designed and built for the dental technicians and jewelry industry daily work. All application and alloy parameters are combined and optimised for daily use. The FLASH 2000 takes care for high quality and a considerable raise in economy.
      Laser welding – safe solder-free connection. e.g. titanium with titanium, gold with gold etc. The FLASH 2000 provides high safety in process and best results.

      In contrast to soldering, laser welding provides solderfree connection of top level constructions.
      No need to dismantle any cover materials that are prone to damage by overheating. Save many steps in the working process and concentrate on the most important.
    Top level connections by modern technology
      FLASH 2000 is microprocessor controlled. The laser provides both precise adjustable output energy and clear display (in Joules). Laser pulse variation allows adjustable working modes for any material. High output power stability for single pulse or permanent pulse operations is granted. Stepless laser focus adjustment is self-evident.
    Minimal setup time to all working conditions
      Fast setup and variation of laser output. Programmed output parameters for the important combinations (Titanium and Titanium, Cr-Co-Mo with Cr-Co-Mo, Gold with Gold, Cr-Co-Mo and Gold) are clearly displayed. Self-programming of all welding parameters is possible.
    Perfect protection gas atmosphere
      Based on a new developed protection gas "shower", the laser beam is in a constant oxygen-free protection gas atmosphere. The special tunnel-shaped jet is fixed directly under the optics. This means no complicated adjustment is required. The standard protection gas is Argon. Additional Helium may be applied at any time. The switchable additional gas flow is applied from beneath.
    Ergonomic design
      Unrestricted view of the work-piece is not disturbed by any shadow. The LCD Shutter provides view even during the welding process. Free sight into interdental space, due to both on-axis illumination centered on the laser spot and the ideally positioned halogen light. The large field of view provides fast positioning of the work-piece and is ideal for training and education.

    The High Tech heart
      Only the high efficiency of semiconductor lasers makes such a compact construction as the MDL-15 possible. A high efficient optic couples the light from the diode into the flexible fiber. Through this coupling it is easy to realize a power density of 5000 Watt per cm² in the end of a 300 µm fiber.
    High speed pulse technology.
      To reach good cutting results it can be useful not to drive the laser in the CW-mode but switch it on and off very quickly. As water of the tissue is an important factor for good cutting results, the high pulse frequency of nearly 1000 pulses per second allows the water to come to the cut-surface during the pulse breaks. Then by the following water the laser energy can be couples very good to the tissue and so a carbonizing of tissue will be prevented. Another advantage of the High Speed Pulse technology is that the energy dose divided itself in half by the pulse breaks. So you can work with high pulse energy, this makes a good cut possible and you do not have to accept anymore a damage of deeper layers of tissue as usual.
    Automatic Fiber Change
      Because of a fiber change controlled by microprocessor the right fiber is at once available for every indication. As the first unit world wide the MDL-15 has the possibility to realize the hand piece taken by the user and switch on automatically the equivalent fiber. The manual change of the fiber with bloody fingers is completely over.
    Multi Processor Technology
      In order to ensure safety of the system 3 microprocessors are working in parallel. All important measurements are taken by 2 processors and controlled by a third one.
      Easy handling and control were the main tasks set for development. All control can be done by only some bottom on a closed keypad which is easy to clean. A high resolution graphic display helps to operate the unit and indicates all important parameters. Also it shows all operation mistakes and internal system alerts together with the instructions how to solve a problem.
      Five preset bottoms allow the user to program his frequently used parameters. When choosing a therapy mode, the user can choose between five therapy programs.

Dual Mode Ruby Laser

Our ruby laser is unique in its ability to offer both Q-switched and Fixed-Q (long pulse) modes in the same machine. This makes the Our Dual Mode Ruby Laser one of the most versatile dermatological lasers available today.

Dual Mode Ruby laser system is designed for the removal of excess and unwanted hair in addition to the treatment of tattoos and pigmented lesions.
The turnkey system provides a safe and reliable solution for all practitioners who wish to employ this technique.
The 694nm wavelength is ideally suited for targeting melanin or green and black tattoo pigments within the dermis and the pulse duration may be readily changed from Q-switched to long pulse. The spot size and energy may be adjusted to achieve the high fluence necessary to remove deeper lesions and achieve long lasting hair removal.
The whole laser system is operated under microprocessor control.

DPL-01. Diode pumped Nd-doped microchip solid-State laser.

Solid-state laser DPL-01 produces short pulses (<1 ns) at high repetition rates (£40KHz), and of high peak power (³3.5KW). The microchip consists of a gain medium bonded to a Cr:YAG saturable absorber. Microchip is end pumped with pig-tailed CW diode laser.

Stabilized power supply operates from 110V or 220V (specified upon ordering) and contains drivers for laser diode and for thermoelectric coolers. It guarantees tight control over the laser diode current (~0.1%), and maintains laser diode and microchip temperature with accuracy ~0.1%.

The laser consists of a microchip (gain medium bonded to a Cr:YAG saturable absorber).

The STAD-01 driver is a laser diode driver with a two channel temperature controller.

Designed for safe operation of laser diodes in CW or pulsed mode, it also allows control of the temperature with two independent Peltier TE coolers. Highly-efficient design limits power dissipation and simplifies heat-sinking requirements.
STAD-01 driver requires a 5V stabilized power supply (available as option).
