A Single-Axis Tilt Stage 6TS62 provides tilt range of 6° with 6 µrad sensitivity. Pivot is done on two hardened steel balls. The base has M6 tapped holes on four sides, to fasten the platform, for example on mounting posts 3MP. Use our screws list to choose suitable screw see example in ordering table (there are shown most common versions). Positioners body is made of black anodized aluminum.
