High precision & stability positioning device
System consists of:

- two motorized linear translation stages - 8MT167S-100,
stacked in X-Z configuration through 2AB167-50-002
which is a modification of standard angle bracket 2AB167-50

- modified angle bracket 2AB167-50-001, on which are stacked:

- motorized rotation stage - 8MR191-28

- adapter plate 2CP191-8MG99 for joining:

- motorized goniometer stage - 8MG99-50 on top
Vacuum compatible version available on request
Further system customization is possible on request
