Compact and precise 8HEX170 is based on classical 6 actuator design. Classical Stewart platform design allows to have compact package of 6DOF positioning system that is cost effcient, precise and low weight. Perfectly suitable for systems with very high density of equipment, optical metrology etc. Hexapod could be customized for use in a vacuum environment.
