Seminar is organized by the Center for Physical Sciences and Technology, Vilnius in collaboration with Vilnius University and B.I. Stepanov Institute of Physics of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

The main goal of the Seminar is to keep contact and enforce collaboration between researchers in both countries. It covers oral and poster presentations on broad spectrum problems of modern laser physics, nonlinear optics, applications of optical devices in scientific research, technology and biomedical field. The Seminar on “Lasers and optical nonlinearity” continues its traditions since 1975 and the last XIX th seminar was organized in 2011 in Minsk.
