Standa gives guarantee to its products for 12 months period after delivery. Under guarantee is to be considered those products, which are not working properly through fault of producer. If the product was damaged by customer Standa is ready to repair it for appropriate payment beforehand agreed between Standa and customer, Standa reserves right to evaluate damage repairment itself.

Free software products developed by Standa could be downloaded from this website. If the customer has lost his copy of purchased Standa software product, he/she should apply to Standa sales enginners staff or fill in the form "Request Support" with request to resend it indicating the date of order or in best case order number and date.
